Shareholders

The share capital amounted to SEK 77,172,055 on 31 March 2010, represented by 30,868,822 shares. Each share carries one voting right at the Annual General Meeting. The total market value for the company on 31 March 2010 was SEK 5.0 billion, based on the closing price.
The number of shareholders on 31 March 2010 was 7,538. At the same date, the ten largest shareholders controlled 66.6 per cent of the capital and voting rights and the participation of foreign owners accounted for 17.7 per cent of the capital and voting rights.
